The primary purpose of the Community Marketing Agent is to offer and arrange a tour promotion of Wyndham Vacation Ownership to qualified guests on a daily basis. The Community Marketing Agent offers guests complimentary tickets and giveaways in exchange for their time to attend the presentation. This is a face to face position that is based out of one of our designated locations stationed throughout the Williamsburg area.


Personally solicit qualified guests for a preview of Wyndham Governor's Green Resort.

Follow guest qualification guidelines as established by the company such as annual income, spousal attendance, possession of credit cards, etc.

Represent the Wyndham brand in a professional manner and model and strengthen our corporate culture while ensuring site performance objectives are maximized.


Competitive personality and the ability to perform within a quota carrying environment

Provide exceptional customer service

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
